My Hotel Apollon also offers you a conference room, where in addition to the possibility of holding a conference, presentation, celebration or business meeting, we also offer you a delicious lunch or dinner. The capacity of the hall is 50 people. The meeting-room is spacious, bright and in a contemporary modern style. The hall is also equipped with sound equipment with microphone, projector and projection screen.

Open daily from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Evening events after 20:00 are available by individual arrangement. The price is determined individually depending on the type and nature of the event.

Meeting room capacity:

U-Style: 30 persons
Reception: 30-40 persons
Banquet: 40 persons
Theater: 30 persons

Conference room rental price list for workshops and seminars:

CZK 700 / hour
For meetings without the need for special room setup.

CZK 1,000 / hour
Includes room preparation, table and chair arrangement, and use of a projector.

CZK 4,000 / 6 hours
Special rate for training sessions, workshops, meetings, and other corporate events. Includes room preparation and use of the projector according to your needs.

Prices include VAT

Rental price for social events and celebrations is set individually by agreement.
